We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well furnished, and the sliding doors were a great feature as we could still have the light on in our half when our children were asleep. The breakfast had a good choice of food, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. We also liked the hotel's location very close to the train station, which made transportation easy.
Nothing bad to say.

Good location near the train station and walking distance to the city center. Good buffet breakfast and wi fi included. Walking distance to good restaurants. Facilities and staff were quite good. Recommend it for anyone going to Biella.

I found the hotel quite lovely, particularly the convenience. It was but a few minutes away from the train station. I preferred the older type of room. It was quaint and had all the conveniences one could hope for. The bed was comfortable and he shower was quite nice. There was a delightful breakfast served and the staff were most helpful. I would return there again.

The room was clean and had beautiful furniture. The sliding doors were a great feature as they allowed me to have light on one side without disturbing my sleeping children. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well.
I highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

The hotel is near the station and the city centre. The staff were friendly. My room was big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a very big shower.
If the hotel had a restaurant inside, it would be a good thing.

The room was clean and well furnished, with sliding doors that allowed us to have light on in one half of the room while our children slept in the other half. The breakfast had a good selection of food to choose from, providing us with a decent start to the day.-We appreciated the friendly and English-speaking staff, who were helpful during our stay.-Best of all, the hotel offered locked parking for only 10€, which was convenient for us as we were on a road trip.
The air conditioning in our room had a strong smell of smoke, which was quite unpleasant. The room also became too hot during the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

This hotel was a great choice for a quiet weekend break. the room was clean and well-furnished, with sliding doors that allowed us to have the light on whilst our children were asleep. the breakfast selection was impressive, with lots of food options to choose from. the staff were very friendly and spoke great English.
the noise from the street was quite disruptive, and the air conditioning in our room blasted a smell of smoke.
